tofu w/ pechay and meat balls

Description:
had nothing to do and I looked at the crisper and found some pechay and tofu so there you go!!!

Ingredients:
meatballs (precooked)
pechay
Tofu ( cut in squares and deep fried)
garlic
onions
oil
oyster sauce
fish sauce
salt
a little sugar

Directions:
saute garlic and onions in hot oil... once onions are transparent and garlics are medium brown add one tablespoon of fish sauce.

add pechay in about 3 minutes add the cooked tofu and salt to taste.

pour in the oyster sauce and add a little water... let it simmer and stir occasionally until the sauce thickens. add sugar if you like it a little sweet.

put meatballs and serve while its hot!!!
