My Crazy diet plans (Day6)
So day 6 ended just now… I’m about to sleep I have taken a long luxurious bath… and I only ate half a cup of rice (I know I plan to stay away from it but I woke up craving for it) and adobong chicken 10 hours ago… and a doughnut and a half 5 hours ago.
So it’s not that extraordinary but I manage to eat less without feeling hungry… I worked out today as well; I cleaned the kitchen, the fridge, and my room.
I guess I can already call it a work out since tom, I plan it to be another cheat day… It’s my niece one month old birthday… and I’m already thinking of all the things I wanna eat. Lol J
Note:
I have tried a couple of recommended Diet plan before and it actually works. Today I just wanted to have some fun since I am getting fat. If it works then kudos if it does not… then better luck next time. I am neither a nutritionist nor a subject matter expert on dieting so if you are looking for a good plan… better to try something else until I blog that my plan actually works J
