My Crazy diet plans (Day 1)
Ok So I thought I was getting fat… then I decided to take a little crash course on dieting…. And I decided to blog about it too.
First I just wanna say that I wanted to start this not because of anyone but myself… when I was in high school I was obese and losing weight has always been and will always be a part of my life. Because of my fragile bones, awkward posture, and my health conditions I need to maintain a certain weight forever…
Ok so here is my diet story… Day 1
I initially plan an all week hotdog diet… lol just to keep me away from rice. I already reduced my soft drinks intake for weeks now and I have been successful so I know I am ready for the next level… eliminate rice. I work for a call center and I cater to two sites. One in Makati and the other in QC so I thought of something that I will have access to at both site… thus the hotdog.
Day 1, I woke up realizing that I wanted to start on my Monday shift so I did not eat anything for Bfast… which is actually dinner for some. I smoked a couple of menthol cigarettes -since I heard that in Brazil their thin because of coffee and cigarettes.- to keep the burning hunger till I reached the office.
Since I do not drink coffee, I decided to smoke some more… ( I actually do have a smoke limit since I plan to quit smoking to but that’s another blog) When I reached the office I immediately started working to keep my mind off eating… I already spent 2 hours atleast when I decided that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and decided to incorporate that into my not so brilliant hotdog idea.
In short I went to 7/11 to get my heavy hotdog breakfast and 1 liter of water … I was looking at their menu when I noticed my favorite meal that damn HOTTARICE… I usually order siomai rice for lunch but I remember that I have a plan to try everything last month so I carried on and order siomai rice instead. Remembering my previous goal, I noticed that I haven’t tried the lechon paksiw yet since I was obsessed with the dinuguan for a week… so I ended up ordering one too.
Thinking about the Hotdog diet plan, I think that I should reward myself for thinking of it in the first place and making sure I did not eat anything for almost 3 hours… and changed my plan to a heavy breakfast meal diet first before I pursue my hotdog diet.
Well to my defense, I did not eat anything for the entire day… just my heavy breakfast, my liter of water and one big gulp of Gatorade. Overall I still think I did pretty much good on my first day of dieting… I have rewarded myself for starting and I was able to keep my plan (not my initial plan though) and I’m now home blogging about it.
Well for my hotdog plan… I will start tom and Ill keep you posted if I was able to do it… hehehe till next time.
Note:
I have tried a couple of recommended Diet plan before and it actually works. Today I just wanted to have some fun since I am getting fat. If it works then kudos if it does not… then better luck next time. I am neither a nutritionist nor a subject matter expert on dieting so if you are looking for a good plan… better to try something else until I blog that my plan actually works J
