My Crazy diet plans (Day 16)

When I started dieting I weigh 200 lbs after 16 grueling days... I now weigh 195 lbs Hmmm... ok so not the expected results but I have to give it to me... 16 days with 5 cheat days I was able to lose weight.

Ok maybe may initial plan doesn't have a good success rate and maybe I need to start a new diet plan. A plan where in I can lose weight fast!!!

Note:

I have tried a couple of recommended Diet plan before and it actually works. Today I just wanted to have some fun since I am getting fat. If it works then kudos if it does not… then better luck next time. I am neither a nutritionist nor a subject matter expert on dieting so if you are looking for a good plan… better to try something else until I blog that my plan actually works :)
