My Crazy diet plans (Day 14)

I've been sick... so I gotta eat to re-energize and at the same time watch what I eat...


Its hard to stay on a diet and be sick... the drama that comes with it and the cravings my oh my...


Ok so today I feel a little better now... I reported back to work and decided to continue my heavy breakfast routine... heavy fast food breakfast hehehehe.


I only ate a cup of rice and siomai for my first meal of the day... with a litter of Orange juice... I'm done.


during the day... to keep me from craving for more rice... I ordered Mushroom soup from KFC... I miss KFC... and ate a serving of pasta given by a friend.


All in all I was quite satisfied with today... just a cup of rice for breakfast and Im sure that I already burned those calories during the day... and more and more liquid.


Well till next time... such a gloomy day to talk about food that I didn't eat.:)



Note:
I have tried a couple of recommended Diet plan before and it actually works. Today I just wanted to have some fun since I am getting fat. If it works then kudos if it does not… then better luck next time. I am neither a nutritionist nor a subject matter expert on dieting so if you are looking for a good plan… better to try something else until I blog that my plan actually works :)
