Ingredients:
Tokwa
meat baboy syiempre
oyster sauce
EVOO
leaks
garlic
black pepper
Onions
Directions:
Fry the tokwa until its golden brow... Mas masarap kung malutong and then set aside
In another frying pan... put one cup of water and put the meat... let it oil for a minute or until the water evaporates... put the garlic and a little EVOO and onions.... pour in two cups of oyster sauce a little slt and pepper to taste. if the sauce is creamy already put the leaks an the tokwa...
