TEAM BROKEBACK

(in alphabetical order po ito kaya walang selosan)

 

ARCHIE- he is the team's gimikero makulit pag lasing, sa tagal na ng team namin cya pa lang ang nakapagpakain ng buong system with his tilapia and shrimps. medyo magulo ang utak at medyo babaero konti lang hahahahahha ... I remembered his line PASYAL TAYO. this guy has the ability to service the call with his scripts and empathy statements all he needs to do is apply it in real life... first time sa call center but i know that he can make it anywhere.

 

CARLA- a newbie, she was determined to perfect her call... magtatanong talaga kay dennis kung kinakailangan. una pa lang sabak eh nakikipag laro na kay archie and joseph, cool kasama and maayos kausap minsan nga lang sumasablay sa info. I know that Carla can still prove herself as a good agent given the time she will rise to the top.

 

CHA- the spiritual adviser of the group, she sings rock and roll and she dressed up like a nun. akala ng lahat eh tahimik yun pla mas magaling pang mang asar sa lahat. All she needs to do is focus on her job and a little confidence and this woman will certainly amazed everyone.

 

CHIN- the irate agent... joke!!! Chin is a wave mate of mine, full of dreams and aspirations she now know where she wanted to be and the direction to reach her destined goal... all she needs is patience and she will get what she deserved.

 

DAN- pasaway ng grupo... sometimes 24 hours is not enough for this guy... hinay hinay lang and once he learned to set his priorities he will go places. I see a good coach in him but he needs to learn to be open minded and learn not to take everything for granted.

 

DENNIS- the mother figure of the group. This guy already paved his way to stardom... almost!!! Just be mindful of your feelings and you will understand how the world works... learn to value your commitments and you will be appreciated in return.

 

ENRICO- the emo... full of dreams... learn how to let go and you will know what to do. a young achiever at the age of 22 but with a burden of a thirty yr old guy, Patience my dear Enrico... He will be a good motivator and a good coach when his time arrives.

 

ERICK- hmmmm erick is such a nice guy... his patience proves to be his best asset, but also makes him vulnerable to any disturbance. learn how to value your place and respect will lead you to a better place. he already proven himself a million times and he is now driven to success a fast learner and a good listener... the qualities of a god manager

 

GIGI- Also a newbie when it comes to tenure ship... the new "ate" in town she certainly knows how life goes around and she knows how to play life's game... she is definitely a good inspiration to her team mates and a good motivator... a perfectionist in nature and a good motivator... the wise always beats the knowledgeable... a trait that I see in her.

 

HAZEL- the "BORED" she has been consistent with her metrics and a trusted team mate by the rest... too emotional... she needs to value the people that looks up on her because she has been an inspiration for the entire team... during her ups and down we were there to witness how she falls and rise up to her challenges. A good example and a trusted friend.

 

JESSE- The patient one... a struggle when it comes to her stats but an inspiration when it comes to her attitude... your attitude will help you win the battles that your currently fighting... losing hope is no an option for this girl... a true pillar of strength. Keep it up and for sure you will certainly rise to the TOP!!!

 

JOSEPH- the "DON JO" of the team... I will never forget the days when our pockets are a little tight and here you are with pasta and inihaw na baboy... a true inspiration... his achievements are endless but he never fails to guide his fellow team mates to the right direction... A true DADDY of the group... and im not talking about his age hehehhe

 

KAREN- the sweetheart... her sweet voice stills linger every time I monitor her calls... a true darling of the press... she knows how to challenge herself and to overcome her opportunities... a real team player when it comes to her stats... now its time to loosen up and enjoy what you have been reaping... but not too much my dear Karen.

 

LEE- the KUYA KUYA of the team... this guy doesn’t know the influence that he had with the team... he certainly knows how to motivate and coach and he is a good team player.

 

SHERWIN- the life of the team, who will never forget this guys TAWA... as in to the mAx... now that he has a good overview of industry he will now have the resources that he needs to become a good officer of any account. Try to share that knowledge to your team and we will surely rise to the occasion... at any given time!!!

 

TEAM BROKEBACK... you will be forever be in my heart!!!
