ADOBO (the way honey wants it cooked)

Description:
there are different styles of adobo and this is a staple food among pinoy families... this is the common way of cooking it and I'm posting it here coz my hon wants it this way...

This is just a simple recipe and I never get tired of sharing it with my friends...

Ingredients:
Meat ( either pork or chicken)
quail eggs 24 pcs
soy sauce
vinegar
pepper
salt to taste
sugar if there are any casualties
extra virgin olive oil
garlic lots of garlic

Directions:
First marinade the meat with 2 cups of vinegar and 1 cup of soy sauce... the formula is always like that just make tantya na lang if maramihan...
add the garlic and microwave it for about a minute... (pang mabilisan to)

boil the eggs and set it aside... remove the shell once it cools down and force yourself not to take a bite...

In a big kawali put the marinade and the meat and let it boil until the meat is tender put salt and pepper to taste... I omitted the laurel leaf because my dad doesn't like it. put a little water and boil it in medium fire... once the meat is cooked... set it aside.

In a diff frying pan put one cup of EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) separate the meat from the sauce and fry the meat... add the sauce and the eggs... use sugar to balance the taste if its too salty because of the soy sauce I add a table spoon of sugar to balance it. once the sauce is creamy and the oil is transparent as in you can see one layer of oil n top and at the bottom the sauce get a sturdy sandok and mix it well...

serve while its hot!!!
