Cream dory Sinigang

Ever since I discovered cream dory, I wanted to try it with various dishes but the sinigang version is what I really really love.
Im a fish hater... i hate eating it not because of its taste but because i need to de bone it first... and im not good at that. with the cream dory its already de boned and all you need to do is to thaw it before cooking it...
Ingredients:
1 pack of cream dory - thawed and sliced into serving size
1 bundle of sitaw
1 bundle of okra
1 radish
tomatoes
onions
ginger
5 cups of sabaw ng sinaing
1 pack of sinigang mix
Directions:
Heat your soup pan, add oil onion and tomato (sliced) then add fish and ginger and cook before it turned brown.
Add the sabaw ng sinaing the vegies and the sinigang mix.
once its boiling or the veggies are cook... serve while its hot.
you don't want to over cook the fish since its already fillet it may be durog... lol
