The most beautiful hands I've ever seen...
to the normal eye... this hands looks ordinary... to be honest it has signs of aging, curved fingers due to arthritis... although it is manicured all the time you can still see that this set of hands has been through a lot.
I am looking at my mothers hands... the pair that washes me when I was still a toddler, the pair who prepares meals for me... I'm already 27 years old and up till now this set of hands is still working perfectly...
366 days multiplied by 27= 9882 days of hard work...
every morning my moms prepares breakfast not only for me but for my 4 other siblings... not including my nephew who my mom is very fond of. after that this set of hands also washes the dishes and do the laundry... aside for the usual house chores that this set of hands needs to do this pair needs to prepare dinner...
You may see a hand damage by age, by experience but when I look at it... I see that's its perfect... I see the care and the love that my mom showed all these years through her hands...and for that I will be forever grateful... that these pair made me who I am... and thought me how to care for others...
For the most beautiful hands I have ever seen...
to all the mom's out there...
I salute you... and thank you for everything.
