MY FAVORITE SINIGANG

Description:
Every time I answer a survey or if I've been ask by someone about my Fav food... I always say its sinigang na baboy...

I like it hot and Malapot and MAASIM to the MAX...

Ingredients:
Meat ( laman and Buto buto )
Sampalok
Sabaw ng sinaing
kamatis
sibuyas
mantika
sitaw
okra
labanos
sili pang sigang
gabi (although I prefer sinigng without Gabi)
knorr sabaw ng sinigang yung original
kangkong (pero i like it konti lang)

Note: some sinigang has talong and other gulays wiht it bahal na kayo. :)

Directions:
Boil the sampalok till the water turns brown... crushed the sampalok haggang sa maubos ang katas nito... salain and keep it for later.

put oil in a big pot... put the onion and the tomatoes... the more tomatoes you put the more sarap the sinigang... crushed the tomatoes before putting the meat.

Once meat is half cook put the buto buto and add the knorr sinigang mix so that the lasa will stick to the meat... add the sabaw ng sinaing... they say that this will keep the soup malapot... if you don't like sinigang na malapot then don't add the sabaw ng sinaing... add a few water or enough water so the meat will be submerged in to it.

once the meat is cooke... put the abanos and the gabi... once half cooked put the sabaw of the sampalok and wait or it to boil again

once boiling ad the rest of gulay... and put it in low fire for 5 mins then cover the pot... and VIOLA...

this is how I like my sinigang... I tried this recipe in Poppie's team buildin and they liked it... I tried this again with my own team outing without the sabaw ng sinaing and they aso loved it...

Tomato sauce? really I usually dont like food with tomato sauce but im sure its worth a try! :)
