Na ORO ka na ba?

For years, we always have a dog at home, free roaming or not we always have one as our companion. due to the recent events about a certain MMFF movie that showed a dog being killed, it got me thinking...

Until now I still don't consider myself as a Dog lover... don't get me wrong I love my dogs and my Mom's dogs before... but outside of that circle, not sure anymore. I don't eat dog meat, I know about the Yulin Festival but I have no comments about it, I appreciate a good looking Dog and yes I can take care of a friend's dog the same way I care about mine but for me that doesn't qualify me to become a Purebred "dog lover" although I'm a self confessed obsessed egoistic proud Furparent to my two little babies in the picture above.

Now... this is not a review of that movie, I haven't had the time and the "paki" to watch it yet but this are my thoughts about the said scene...

During the time we are into Massacre movies,... do we really kill the artist to make the movie authentic? so why kill the dog out of authenticity?

Art? when did murder become an Art?

Its our Culture... Ok but its a movie... there are many ways to show our culture without killing two innocent dogs. again its a movie!!! 

The question now is why did they showed it on a movie, they could have took the higher ground and somehow showed that scene in a different way. Tsk tsk ... now repercussions... should they be fined or jailed I don't know but what i know is what they did was so soo soooooo WRONG.

I read something about the dogs owner who should be sued too, but in my opinion somehow yes if the owner knows that the dog will be killed. no furparent will sell their dogs knowing that. but theres a big But if the owner sold his dog knowing that it will just be a part of a movie i dont see nothing wrong about it. As a furparent even if you intend to sell your puppies you should have the moral obligation to at least make sure that they will be taken cared off properly.

What was done cannot be undone, two dogs were already dead and everyone who watched that film saw it being killed... we cannot erased that anymore... but we can all be responsible enough to know what is right vs whats wrong. 

I was wondering why our MTRCB allowed this movie shown and i checked news clips and found out that the producer lied and gave a lot of alibi's before the truth came out. So they lied because they know that what they did was so wrong... SHAME SHAME SHAME one year ban is not enough... now I want jail time haha

I WILL GO TO THE BATASAN PAMBANSA WEARING AN AVEL BACUDIO BLACK GOWN HOLDING YOUR HEAD  TO PROTEST RUIN YOUR NAME IN PUBLIC, I WILL MAKE SURE THAT JAMBY MADRICAL, HEART ESCUDERO, CARLA ABELLANA , COLLEEN GARCIA, KORINA SANCHEZ AND SHARON CUNETA WILL JOIN ME AT THE BATASAN PAMBANSA FOR AN IG PHOTO WITH YOUR FULL NAME AS OUR FAN SIGN...  SOOOOO BEWARE!!!
