for most people the bathroom is important... they have a decent clean bathroom complete with toiletries...

and I love love love this chair from the main bedroom...

its heavy huh...

its just a minute walk to the beach... downside is its 3 minutes to 5 minutes walk to the main highway... but who goes to the main highway anyway... :)
